  "text": "Consumer Protection\nMade 11th January 2018\nLaid before Parliament 12th January 2018\nComing into force 12th February 2018\nThe Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 11 of the Consumer Protection Act 1987, makes the following Regulations.\nIn accordance with section 11(5) of the Consumer Protection Act 1987, the Secretary of State has consulted with representative organisations, other appropriate persons and the Health and Safety Executive.",
