# The Aerosol Dispensers (Amendment) Regulations 2018, Introduction: Introductory text

Laid before Parliament 12th January 2018
Coming into force 12th February 2018
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 11 of the Consumer Protection Act 1987, makes the following Regulations.
In accordance with section 11(5) of the Consumer Protection Act 1987, the Secretary of State has consulted with representative organisations, other appropriate persons and the Health and Safety Executive.
