  "text": "EDUCATION, ENGLAND AND WALES\nWALES\nMade 29th November 1998\nLaid before Parliament 11th December 1998\nComing into force 1st January 1999\nWhereas the Secretary of State for Wales has received a proposal from the Further Education Funding Council for Wales, made in accordance with section 51 of the Further and Higher Education Act 1992 (“the Act”) for the dissolution under section 27 of the Act of the further education corporation known as Afan College (“the College”):\nNow therefore in exercise of the power conferred on the Secretary of State by section 27 of the Act the Secretary of State for Wales after consulting the College and with the consent of the further education corporation known as Neath College hereby makes the following Order:",
