  "text": "(1) This Act may be cited as the Affiliation Proceedings (Amendment) Act 1972.\n(2) This Act shall not extend to Scotland or . . . to Northern Ireland.\n(3) This Act shall come into force at the expiration of the period of three months beginning with the day on which it is passed.",
