Article 23(b)

The word “of” before—

  1. (a)

    “an offence relating to customs” in sub-paragraph (i), and

  2. (b)

    “an offence under the law of the Channel Islands” in sub-paragraph (ii),

shall be deleted.

Article 25(3)The word “or” shall be inserted after “to both;”.
