# The Afghanistan (United Nations Sanctions) Order 2001, Article 14: Taliban offices


Any person who establishes or maintains any office or other premises under the name of “the Taliban” or “the Islamic Emirates of Afghanistan” shall be guilty of an offence under this Order.
