# The African Development Fund (Sixth Replenishment) Order 1992, Article 2


The Secretary of State may make payment on behalf of the Government out of money provided by Parliament of a further subscription to the Fund of a sum not exceeding £71,915,912 in accordance with arrangements made between the Government and the Fund in accordance with the Resolution.
