# The African Horse Sickness (Scotland) Order 2012, Article 22: Prohibition on vaccination except in certain cases


A person must not vaccinate a horse against African horse sickness except—
(a) in accordance with this Order; or
(b) under the authority of a licence granted by a veterinary inspector.
