# The African Horse Sickness (Scotland) Order 2012, Article 33: Main occupier of premises under restriction – access for welfare purposes


In relation to premises under any restriction under this Order, the main occupier must allow the owner of any horse on the premises, or any person acting on behalf of the owner, to enter the premises to feed or otherwise attend to the welfare of the horse during the period of restriction and for 7 days following its end.
