  "text": "(1) In relation to Northern Ireland, any reference to the Agency Workers Regulations 2010 within the statutory provisions listed in Schedule 1 shall be construed as a reference to the Agency Workers Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2011.\n(2) Schedule 2 which contains amendments to legislation shall have effect.",
