  "text": "(1) A person who fails to comply with a requirement imposed on him by or under any of the following provisions of these Regulations shall be liable to a penalty of £250 for each such failure—\n(a) regulation 7(1), 7(2), 7(3) or 7(4);\n(b) regulation 8(2);\n(c) regulation 9(1), 9(2), 9(3) or 9(4);\n(d) regulation 10;\n(e) regulation 28(1) or 28(2);\n(f) regulation 29(7) or 29(9);\n(g) regulation 34(3) or 34(4);\n(h) regulation 35(3) or 35(4).\n(2) A specific act or omission shall attract only one such penalty if the circumstances are such that, but for this paragraph, it would attract more than one penalty.",
