# The Agricultural Advisory Panel for Wales (Establishment) Order 2016, Article 15: Advice


(1) The Panel may obtain advice from any organisation or individual.
(2) The chair of the Panel must seek the approval of the Welsh Ministers prior to incurring any costs associated with obtaining such advice.
