# The Agricultural Advisory Panel for Wales (Establishment) Order 2016, Article 4: The chair of the Panel


A person to chair the Panel (“the chair of the Panel”) must be appointed by the Welsh Ministers in accordance with the Public Appointments Code of Practice.
