Article 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Agricultural Credits Fees Order 2024 and shall come into force on 9th December 2024.

(2)

In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires—

  • “the Act” means the Agricultural Credits Act 1928;

  • “fee” means a fee specified in the Schedule;

  • “registrar” means the Chief Land Registrar.
