  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations revoke the Agricultural Holdings (Fee) Regulations 1985 (S.I. 1985 No. 1967) which prescribed a fee of £70 for an application to the President of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors for a person to be appointed by him to make a record of the condition of an agricultural holding or for an arbitrator to be appointed by him under the Agricultural Holdings Act 1986.\nThese Regulations increase the prescribed fee to £115.\nA compliance cost assessment relating to these Regulations has been placed in the libraries of both Houses of Parliament.",
