The Lord Chancellor makes the following Order, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 73(3) and (4) of the Agriculture Act 1947^f1, section 6(4) and (6) of the Agriculture (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1954^f2 and section 67(7) of the Agricultural Holdings Act 1986 ^f3, and after consultation with the Council on Tribunals in accordance with section 8 of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1992^f4.
