  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThe Regulations, which apply throughout the United Kingdom, consolidate and further amend Schedule 2 to the Agricultural or Forestry Tractors and Tractor Components (Type Approval) Regulations 1988 which specifies the Community directives establishing type approval requirements with respect to the design, construction, equipment and marking of tractors and tractor components.
