  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations, which apply throughout the United Kingdom, further amend Schedule 2 to the Agricultural or Forestry Tractors and Tractor Components (Type Approval) Regulations 1988 which specifies the Community Directives establishing type approval requirements with respect to the design, construction, equipment and marking of tractors and tractor components.\nThe Regulations also incorporate these changes into the Schedule which will be substituted for Schedule 2 to the 1988 Regulations by the Agricultural or Forestry Tractors and Tractor Components (Type Approval) (Amendment) Regulations 2000 with effect from 1st October 2004.\nThe Regulations implement—\nCommission Directive 2000/1/EC, on the coming into force of the Regulations;\nDirective 2000/25/EC of the European Parliament and Council, on the coming into force of the Regulations;\nCommission Directive 2000/19/EC, with effect from 30th June 2001;\nCommission Directive 2000/22/EC, with effect from 30th June 2001;\nCommission Directive 2000/2/EC, with effect from 1st October 2001;\nCommission Directive 2001/3/EC, with effect from 30th June 2002;",
