# The Agricultural Sector (Wales) Act 2014 (Consequential Modification) Order 2015, Article 2: Modification of the National Minimum Wage Act 1998


Section 46(4) of the National Minimum Wage Act 1998 is modified as follows—
(a) at the end of paragraph (b) omit “and”;
(b) at the end of paragraph (c) insert—
“; and
(d) the Agricultural Sector (Wales) Act 2014.”
