# The Agricultural Sector (Wales) Act 2014 (Consequential Modification) Order 2015, Introduction: Introductory text

The Welsh Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 16 of the Agricultural Sector (Wales) Act 2014, make the following Order.
In accordance with section 17(2) of that Act, a draft of this instrument was laid before and approved by resolution of the National Assembly for Wales.
