  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order makes a consequential modification to the National Minimum Wage Act 1998 (“the 1998 Act”).\nArticle 2 of this Order amends section 46(4) of the 1998 Act by inserting a reference to the Agricultural Sector (Wales) Act 2014 (“the 2014 Act”). The provision ensures that a person cannot be prosecuted under both the 1998 Act and the 2014 Act for an offence arising out of the same conduct.\nA Regulatory Impact Assessment has not been prepared for this Order as no impact on the public, private, charity or voluntary sectors is foreseen.",
