# Agricultural Tenancies Act 1995, Paragraph 2


In section 4(1) of the Law of Distress Amendment Act 1908 (exclusion of certain goods), for “to which that section applies” there shall be substituted “ on land comprised in a tenancy to which that Act applies ”.
