Paragraph 29

In section 8(1) of the Protection from Eviction Act 1977 (interpretation)—

(a)

in paragraph (d), after “Agricultural Holdings Act 1986” there shall be inserted “ which is a tenancy in relation to which that Act applies ”, and

(b)

at the end there shall be added—

“(g)
a farm business tenancy within the meaning of the Agricultural Tenancies Act 1995.”
