# Agricultural Tenancies Act 1995, Paragraph 4


In section 6(1) of that Act (assessment and recovery of compensation), after “contract of tenancy” there shall be inserted “ (not being a farm business tenancy within the meaning of the Agricultural Tenancies Act 1995) ”.
