  "text": "In this Part of this Act, unless the context otherwise requires—\n“planning permission” has the meaning given by section 336(1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990;\n“tenant’s improvement”, and references to the provision of such an improvement, have the meaning given by section 15 of this Act.",
