  "text": "(1) The principal regulations shall be amended in accordance with the following provisions of this regulation.\n(2) In regulation 2 the definition of “The Executive Committee” shall be omitted.\n(3) For paragraph (3) of regulation 3 there shall be substituted the following paragraph:\n“(3) Such members shall, in the case of representatives of workers in agriculture, be nominated by the General Executive Council”.\n(4) In paragraph (4) of regulation 3 the words “the Executive Committee” shall be omitted.\n(5) In regulation 6 the words “the Executive Committee” and the words “Executive Committee” shall be omitted.",
