# The Agricultural Wages Committees (Amendment) Regulations 1982, Regulation 2: Amendment of the principal regulations


(1) The principal regulations shall be amended in accordance with the following provisions of this regulation.
(2) In regulation 2 the definition of “The Executive Committee” shall be omitted.
(3) For paragraph (3) of regulation 3 there shall be substituted the following paragraph:
“(3) Such members shall, in the case of representatives of workers in agriculture, be nominated by the General Executive Council”.
(4) In paragraph (4) of regulation 3 the words “the Executive Committee” shall be omitted.
(5) In regulation 6 the words “the Executive Committee” and the words “Executive Committee” shall be omitted.
