# The Agricultural Wages (Wales) Order 2025, Article 12: Minimum rates of pay for overtime


Agricultural workers must be remunerated by their employer in respect of overtime worked at a rate which is equivalent to at least 1.5 times their basic hourly rate of pay under their contract or apprenticeship.
