# The Agricultural Wages (Wales) Order 2025, Article 30: Annual leave year


The annual leave year for all agricultural workers is the period of 12 months beginning on 1 October and ending on 30 September, unless a different leave year is mutually agreed by the agricultural worker and their employer.
