Article 44 Revocation and transitional provision
The Agricultural Wages (Wales) Order 2024f1 is revoked.
An agricultural worker employed as an agricultural worker at a Grade or as an apprentice, and subject to the terms and conditions prescribed in the Agricultural Wages (Wales) Order 2024 or any previous Orders is, from the date this Order takes effect, subject to the terms and conditions set out in Parts 2 to 5 of this Order.
In this article “previous Orders” means the Agricultural Wages (Wales) Order 2024, the Agricultural Wages (Wales) Order 2023f2, the Agricultural Wages (No. 2) (Wales) Order 2022f3, the Agricultural Wages (Wales) Order 2022f4, the Agricultural Wages (Wales) Order 2020f5, the Agricultural Wages (Wales) Order 2019f6, the Agricultural Wages (Wales) Order 2018f7, the Agricultural Wages (Wales) Order 2017f8, the Agricultural Wages (Wales) Order 2016f9, the Agricultural Wages (England and Wales) Order 2012 and every order revoked by article 70 of that Order.
