# Agriculture Act 1958, Paragraph 29


Subsection (1) of section forty-three shall have effect, and be deemed always to have had effect, as if, at the end of paragraph (a) thereof, there were inserted the words “ or a tenancy which would be a tenancy of an agricultural holding if the proviso to subsection (1) of section two of the Agricultural Holdings Act, 1948, did not have effect or, in a case where the approval of the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food was given as mentioned in the said subsection (1), if that approval has not been given ”.
