  "text": "These Regulations, which apply to the whole of the United Kingdom, amend section 27 of the Agriculture Act 1967 (which makes provision for grants to be made to individuals who in prescribed circumstances relinquish occupation of uncommercial units of agricultural land), so that grant may be made in pursuance of provisions of a scheme implementing, or arising out of, or related to Community obligations, particularly those specified in Directive 72/160/EEC of the Council (O.J./S.E. 1972 (II), p. 332)) on encouragement to cease farming and the reallocation for the purpose of structural improvement of the agricultural area to be released.",
