  "heading": "Consolidation of agricultural marketing schemes.",
  "text": "After paragraph 5 of Schedule 1 to the Agricultural Marketing Act 1958 (amendment and revocation of agricultural marketing schemes) there shall be inserted—\n“\n5A (1) Where the Minister considers it appropriate to do so he may—\n(a) prepare a consolidation of any scheme as it has effect with amendments (“the amended scheme”); and\n(b) by order revoke the amended scheme and approve the consolidated scheme.\n(2) An order made by virtue of this paragraph—\n(a) shall state that it is made only for the purposes of consolidation; and\n(b) may contain such transitional and consequential provision as the Minister considers necessary or expedient.”.",
