  "heading": "Short title, commencement, consequential amendments, repeals and extent.",
  "text": "(1) This Act may be cited as the Agriculture Act 1986.\n(2) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .\n(3) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .\n(4) The provisions mentioned in Schedule 3 to this Act shall have effect subject to the amendments there specified (being amendments consequential on the provisions of this Act).\n(5) The enactments mentioned in Schedule 4 to this Act (which include some spent provisions) are hereby repealed to the extent specified in the third column of that Schedule.\n(6) Sections 1, 13, 15, 18(7) ... above and Schedule 1 to this Act do not extend to Scotland.\n(7) The provisions of this Act do not extend to Northern Ireland except for sections 4 to 6, ... ... 11, 18(13) and 22, this section and the provisions of Schedules 3 and 4 which affect enactments extending there.",
