# Agriculture Act 1993, Paragraph 35


The Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 1981 shall apply to any transfer under an approved scheme of the whole or any part of the undertaking of a milk marketing board, or of a subsidiary of such a board, whether or not that undertaking would, apart from this provision, be treated as an undertaking in the nature of a commercial venture for the purposes of those Regulations.
