# Agriculture Act 1993, Paragraph 46


Paragraph 44 above shall apply in relation to a person who suffers a diminution in the value of any property or interest in consequence of the operation of paragraph 45 above as it applies in relation to a person who suffers a diminution in the value of any property or interest in consequence of the operation of paragraph 43 above.
