# Agriculture Act 2020, Paragraph 9


In Article 78 (definitions, designations and sales descriptions for certain sectors and products), at the end insert—
“6 Paragraphs 3 to 5 do not apply in relation to products marketed in England (see section 37(1) of the Agriculture Act 2020).”
