# The Agriculture and Horticulture Development (Amendment) Regulations 1983, Regulation 4


For regulation 11 thereof (claims for grant) there shall be substituted the following regulation:—
“11 (1) Subject to paragraph (2) of this regulation, any claim for a grant under these regulations shall be made in such form and manner and at such time as the appropriate Minister may from time to time require and the claimant for grant shall furnish all such particulars and information relating to the claim as that Minister may require.
(2) The appropriate Minister shall not pay grant under these regulations in respect of replacing any apple orchards or pear orchards unless the claim for grant is received by him on or before 31st March 1988.”.
