  "text": "(1) These regulations may be cited as the Agriculture Improvement Regulations 1985 and shall apply throughout the United Kingdom.\n(2) These regulations shall come into operation—\n(a) as to this regulation and regulation 19, on the day after the day on which these regulations are made;\n(b) as to all other provisions, on 1st October 1985.",
