# Agriculture (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1972, Section 22: Abolition of agricultural wages committees in Scotland.

The agricultural wages committees constituted under section 2 of the Agricultural Wages (Scotland) Act 1949 are hereby abolished, and the provisions of Schedule 5 to this Act shall have effect for that purpose and for the purpose of transferring to the Secretary of State certain of the functions of the said committees.
