# The Air Carrier Liability (No. 2) Regulations 2004, Regulation 3: Amendment of the Air Carrier Liability Regulations 2004


In regulation 4 of the Air Carrier Liability Regulations Order 2004 for “level 5 on the standard scale” there shall be substituted “the statutory maximum”.
