Article 9 Penalty for endangering
(1)
In article 122, after paragraph (6), there shall be inserted:
“(7)If any person contravenes any provision specified in Part C of the said Schedule he shall be guilty of an offence and liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum and on conviction on indictment to a fine or imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years or both.”.

In Schedule 12, Part B, the entries for articles 63 and 64 shall be omitted.
(3)
In Schedule 12, after Part B, there shall be inserted:
“PART C—
PROVISIONS REFERRED TO IN ARTICLE 122(7)
Article of Order Subject Matter 63 Endangering safety of aircraft 64 Endangering safety of persons or property ”
