Article 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Air Navigation (Amendment) Order 1990 and shall come into force for the purposes of article 2(5) and (21) on 1st February 1991, for the purposes of article 2(8) and (25) on 1st October 1991 and for all other purposes on 1st December 1990.
