  "text": "CIVIL AVIATION\nMade 14th February 2001\nLaid before Parliament 26th February 2001\nComing into force 20th March 2001\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace the 14th day of February 2001\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nHer Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred on Her by sections 60 (other than sub-section (3)(r)), 61 and 102 of, and Schedule 13 to, the Civil Aviation Act 1982 and all other powers enabling Her in that behalf, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:",
