Article 12 Provision of approach radar control service beyond 40 nautical miles

In Schedule 9 paragraph 2(3) the words “for any aircraft which is flying not more than 40 nautical miles from the aerodrome traffic zone of the aerodrome in respect of which the service is being provided” shall be omitted.
