  "text": "CIVIL AVIATION\nMade 12th February 2002\nLaid before Parliament 22nd February 2002\nComing into force 1st April 2002\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace the 12th day of February 2002\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nHer Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred on Her by sections 60 (other than sub-section (3)(r)), 61 and 102 of, and Schedule 13 to, the Civil Aviation Act 1982 and all other powers enabling Her in that behalf, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:",
