# The Air Navigation (Amendment) Order 2003, Article 6: Drafting change


In Schedule 8 Part A Section 3 in the Privileges and conditions of the National Private Pilot’s Licence (Aeroplanes) in paragraph (2)(d) the words “on a flight outside controlled airspace” shall be omitted.
