  "text": "CIVIL AVIATION\nMade 20th March 2003\nLaid before Parliament 1st April 2003\nComing into force 22nd April 2003\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace the 20th day of March 2003\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nHer Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred on Her by sections 60 (other than sub-section (3)(r)), 61 and 102 of, and Schedule 13 to, the Civil Aviation Act 1982, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:",
