In paragraph 1(2) of Part A of Schedule 9 there shall be omitted “Subject to paragraphs (b) and (c),”, after paragraph (a) there shall be inserted “and”, and for paragraphs (b) and (c) there shall be substituted “(b) exercise the privileges of a Student Air Traffic Controller licence”.
