  "long_title": "This Order makes amendments to the Air Navigation Order 2016 (the “2016 Order”) to implement the requirements of Commission Regulation (EU) No. 2015/340 laying down technical requirements and administrative procedures relating to air traffic controllers’ licences and certificates pursuant to Regulation (EC) No 216/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council, amending Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 923/2012 and repealing Commission Regulation (EU) No 805/2011 (the “EU Air Traffic Controller Licensing Regulation”) and Commission Regulation (EU) No. 965/2012 laying down technical requirements and administrative procedures related to air operations pursuant to Regulation (EC) No. 216/2008 (the “EU Air Operations Regulations”). The Order also amends the maximum criminal fine for loss of communication with Air Traffic Control and corrects defects in the 2016 Order.",
